How It Works

Before the event…

Having Draft Wagon serve your event is as simple as filling out our inquiry form to get the conversation started. A member of our team will then reach out within 48 hours to learn more about the vision for your event. We will talk about our capabilities to make sure it is a good fit, go over pricing, and if you like what you hear, we will send you a contract confirming a date and time. We are happy to coordinate with event planners as much or as little as needed leading up to your event.

(Note that confirming a date requires a 50% deposit)

Day of the event…

On the day of your event, we will transport the Nova and be in position at your venue an hour prior to the start of your event. We will hook up the kegs, ice down any drinks that need to be chilled, and setup the serving station with any specialty drinks. We will serve for the allotted amount time agreed upon in the contract. After the event, we will stay at the venue for up to an hour cleaning our station to the standards of the venue, box up any leftover alcohol, and load it up in the host’s vehicle.
